Shareholders
The present shareholders in Gdańsk Transport Company are Skanska Infrastructure Development AB from Sweden, John Laing Infrastructure Ltd. from the UK, NDI Autostrada Sp. z o.o. from Poland, and Intertoll Infrastructure Developments BV from the Republic of South Africa. In addition to being equity investors, these shareholders bring experience and management skills to the A1 project. Together they ensure that optimum solutions are adopted in constructing and operating the motorway to the satisfaction of both the users and the other stakeholders.

NDI Autostrada Sp. z o.o. is a joint-venture of NDI SA and The Transport Infrastructure Investment Company (SCA) SICAR ("TIIC"). NDI SA is a Polish privately-owned development and construction company which participated in the construction of a number of major projects, the total value of which exceeds USD 1 billion. TIIC is a 10 year transport infrastructure investment company with a target size of EUR 200M, that acts in the EU and the Americas. TIIC has several high-profile reputable investors from Europe and is structured as a closed-ended partnership limited by shares, organized as an investment company in risk capital governed by the Luxembourg law.
