Tolls for passage on the A1 Motorway, section Rusocin - Swarożyn will be collected only in cash and in the following currencies: Polish zloty (PLN), Euro (EUR) and American dollar (USD). As far as foreign currencies are concerned the only accepted bills will be those not bigger than 100. Change will be handed back in Polish zloty only.

 Drivers can also pay their tolls with debit and credit cards. Soon fleet cards are to be accepted as well.

Upon payment a driver will receive from the toll collector a fiscal receipt. According to executive regulations of tax on good and services, the proof of payment for passage on a toll motorway and issued by this motorway’s tolling system constitutes an equivalent of a VAT invoice and an evidence of the service delivered.  Persons running business activity will have the right to deduct the tax charged on the basis of the proof of payment obtained, i.e. the fiscal receipt, even though it does not contain any particulars about the service purchaser.

The issuance the computer generated proof of payment for passage releases the Company from the obligation to issue VAT invoice to the A1 Motorway users.

At this moment we are not foreseeing to sale the passes and subscription cards for regular  motorway users. In the near future the additional forms of payment are to be accepted on the Motorway.
